Warm. Clean snd very comfortable.The shower/wetrooms great plenty of space , soft towels. Beds great and supportive warm duvets, very comforting to sleep on.

We all had an enjoyable stay at The Lodge. It is in a convenient location to explore Shrewsbury and the surrounding area. We visited the National Trust gardens at Attingham Park and enjoyed local dog walks from the village. Very handy having the pub so close by and excellent pub food. The property was immaculate and smelt so fresh when we arrived. It’s cosy and comfortable and logs were provided for the log burner. The owners have thought of everything, even providing dog bowls, doggie treats and blankets. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

What a wonderful holiday home, probably the best that my husband and I have stayed in.The living, dining, and kitchen area is quite snug but cosy and well equipped. There is a ground floor twin bedroom with a beautiful shower room. Upstairs is the master bedroom is pure luxury with its own luxury bathroom.A shout out to Alison (the housekeeper) she is an asset to the owners, not only was the property spotless, but the welcome she gave us was pure magic.We had a meal at the Red Lion, and I must admit I'm a fussy eater but the meal was excellent, tasty and fresh and attention to detail. All the staff are very attentive and eager to satisfy their customers.
