Nine of us stayed at Black Lion Barn and it suited all ages . The grandchildren particularly loved the yoga/ games studio . Table tennis tournaments everyday! Perfect place to go walking locally and not far to go longer walks in the Shropshire hills. The Barn is extremely clean and very comfortable. Beds and bedding a very high standard . Plenty of bathrooms for a large group . We didn’t need to contact the owners about anything as it was just perfect . The best rental for us up to date . This is what a good rental is all about !!

. it’s fabulous. Three generations together, plenty of space for the grandchildren, excellent comfort levels and great facilities…., Can’t fault it.

  • Amanda

Spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are stylish and beds extremely comfortable. We loved the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen with plenty of seating for the 8 of us that enabled us to be preparing supper and still be able to chat. Everything you needed in the kitchen and more (even a nutmeg grater!) Made use of the beautiful room downstairs where table tennis and table football played. So much to do in the area with stunning walks and great pubs. Can’t wait to come back, thank you Iona for being so welcoming and helpful.
