A former sweet shop, the property has been renovated into a charming holiday home for a family of six to make the most of during their Shropshire getaway. After parking up on the street outside, make your way inside to be dazzled by a tastefully decorated open-plan living space, where everything you require for your self-catering break is at your feet. Settle down on the plush seating and switch on the Smart TV to enjoy your favourite show; why not turn on the electric fire, so you can warm your toes, too? After relaxing for a while, make your way over to the kitchen, a fabulously fitted spot, thanks to its shaker-style cabinetry, and one that offers a range of fantastic appliances! Once the chef of the group has prepared a mouth-watering meal here, be sure to tuck into it at the adjacent dining table over a glass of wine. As the day winds to a close, head upstairs to find two of the three delightful bedrooms inhabiting the cottage, with the first being a king-size offering an en-suite wet room and a walk-in wardrobe, and the second being a lovely double. Ascend the stairs again to find a mezzanine twin room with exposed beams peppered throughout, as well as enjoying access to a fabulous bathroom, where soothing soaks can be enjoyed in the roll-top bath! Venture out and explore Much Wenlock, home to a range of fantastic eateries, including The George & Dragon Inn, as well as the historical delights of the Much Wenlock Museum and Wenlock Priory's ruins. Why not travel to Bridgnorth for a day out, where the wonders of the Bridgnorth Cliff Railway, Bridgnorth Northgate Museum and Bridgnorth Castle & Gardens are bound to keep you entertained? Shrewsbury is within easy reach and offers even more to see and do, including picnicking in the lovely Quarry park, touring Shrewsbury Castle, and viewing the exhibits at Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery.
