The location is stunning with a very handy local village shop. Very comfortable and the owner gave us total privacy. A few minor issues were discussed with the owner who was more than willing to act on those. I would recommend for larger families and pets. Garden and facilities very good.

When we walked in, there was a real Xmas tree, decorations and the table set for Xmas lunch. The mince pies and homemade Damson Gin was enjoyed by all! There was plenty of room for 6 and 2 dogs, very clean and comfortable, plenty of utensils, cutlery etc. The games room was a real bonus with games for the festive period. There were lovely walks in the village, books in the phone box and a good pub with lovely food. We all very much enjoyed our week away.

The log fire was perfect in the snowy weather we had. The pool table is a great feature - we enjoyed that thoroughly. All very well equipped. Lovely local, scenic walks. Very welcoming church just up the road.
