The picturesque border town of Welshpool (28 miles) lies within easy reach for day trips.

Step inside this thoughtfully designed single-level accommodation to discover an open-plan living area that seamlessly combines kitchen, dining, and living spaces, creating a sociable environment for relaxation. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a handy dishwasher for added convenience. Entertainment is provided by a wall-mounted TV with Freeview and a DVD player, whilst French doors open directly onto the deck, flooding the interior with natural light and countryside views. The accommodation features two comfortable king-size double bedrooms, with the master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite shower room with WC. A family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and WC completes the interior facilities.

Outside, the property boasts a private hot tub positioned on decking with outdoor furniture, perfect for soaking whilst admiring the surrounding Shropshire countryside. Guests can enjoy the range of on-site facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool (additional charge applies) and on-site restaurant (open Tuesday to Sunday). Coarse fishing enthusiasts can take advantage of the well-stocked fishing pools (additional charge), whilst those travelling with dogs will find a dedicated exercise area. Private parking for one car is provided.

- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is strictly between 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Check-out by 10:00am.

- Adults Only: Our lodges are for guests aged 21 and over. Photo ID may be required on arrival.

- Pets: Selected lodges welcome small to medium dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead, with their own bedding, and not allowed on furniture.

- Security Deposit: A refundable £75 deposit is taken on arrival (cash, card or cheque) and returned after your stay, provided the lodge is left clean, tidy, and undamaged.

- Visitors: Up to two day visitors (18+) per lodge are welcome between 10:00am and 9:00pm (£10 per person, per day). Visitors must register on arrival and cannot stay overnight.
