We did have a good week at Thornhill cottage however we did struggle a bit due to the cottage being on a very steep approach and very uneven. The cottage is a bit dated but comfortable and we found stairs very challenging as they are a bit steep.

Excellent stay! The conservatory was an amazing room to have - the views were amazing and it didnt' matter that it rained - we still had a view. The owners were attentive. Beds, Water and heating were fine - though don't use the water upstairs if you are using the downstairs shower! Beware that the staircase is steep but there is a handrail. We had an amazing stay and intend to rebook. Definately value for money.
