Dine together around the long dining table with bench seating placed in the centre of the room, enjoying the chance to catch up on old times, before moving over to the sitting area where a huge sofa awaits to relax on, carry the conversation here and enjoy the pretty views of the field through the large glass windows. Watch a film on the TV here or for a unique experience, plug in your laptop to the barn's high tech facilities at the other end of the living space and make use of the drop-down cinema screen to watch the latest Netflix release. When not enjoying it as a cinema you can use this area for multiple purposes, turn it into a daily yoga area or pilates studio. In the warmer months you can delight in sitting out on the wrap-around decking outside, choose to dine alfresco with fresh breakfasts at the outdoor furniture, watch as the children play on the open field, and relish the peace and serenity of this secluded spot. If you can tear yourself away from this fabulous dwelling, then head into the village of Long Compton for all your essentials, stopping for a drink or meal at The Red Lion, a welcoming country inn where you can delight in a local ale by the fireside. Discover wonderful walks from your doorstep, take a circular jaunt from the village up to Rollright Stones, dating back to Neolithic times, or take a ramble around to Chastleton House, an impressive 17th century manor with lovely formal gardens. Spend a day exploring the highest town in Oxfordshire, Chipping Norton, found on the western slopes of a hillside, it is a medieval market town boasting a rich heritage; walk down past The Almshouses, learn of the local history in Chipping Norton Museum or catch a show at The Theatre. While in this area you must visit the wondrous Blenheim Palace, a truly extravagant Baroque palace with stunning gardens and grounds, offering a great day out for all ages. Enjoy exploring the stunning area with walks through the countryside, or head out on a bike ride along the pretty country lanes. Visit the Rollright Stones which date back to Neolithic times near the village, head to the 17th century Chastleton House and formal gardens, and enjoy trips to nearby Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh.
