17 Thatcher Avenue is located in Marine Drive, an exclusive area of Torquay which is within easy reach of Meadfoot Beach. The centre of Torquay and the picturesque harbour are a short drive away. Torquay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the South West and exudes a fantastic cosmopolitan buzz. Dotted around the harbour there are plenty of bars and cafes where you can sit and simply watch the world go by. For a great day out you can catch the ferry across to the historic fishing town of Brixham. There you will find a number of beaches, restaurants and cafes.

...adults, 3 children and 3 dogs. The space is plenty and more. The property is very clean and had all the facilities that you need. The xmas decorations and xmas welcome pack was outstanding. ...property was exactly to our taste and there were excellent instructions on how to operate the various appliances. The only problem I had was with the TV but I probably had a mad moment. Taking the full and heavy dustbin down the drive for emptying was an experience. No complaint whatsoever is meant or implied as the outstanding memory is of great quality, comfort and magnificent views. We know the area very well and so were aware that a car is a must but this is a minor point. In summary we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we may well be back on our next visit.
