S38714 is a modern and newly built first floor apartment set in the sought after Cove development near Brixham. With Fishcombe Cove and its turquoise waters on your doorstep and a whole host of attractions in the area, this is the perfect holiday spot whether you’re young or old.
As you step inside the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the beautifully bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area with scenic views across to the park. Equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay, this space is a delight whether you want to unwind on the sofa or cook up a storm.
On a sunny day you’re sure to want to step outside and enjoy the good weather, and the large balcony is just the place to do this. This can be accessed from the living area and master bedroom and is perfectly finished with a patio table and chairs and magnificent views across Torbay, wonderful for sitting and watching the boats sail by. If this isn’t enough, there is also a communal swimming pool for you to enjoy.
From Fishcombe Cove you can join the South West Coast Path and explore more of the stunning surrounding scenery, or if you don’t fancy walking, the fishing town of Brixham is a short drive away with plenty of excellent places to eat.Please note that pool opening is seasonal and subject to set opening times.

"We had a very good holiday experience staying in S38714. The property was well-equipped and well-presented with everything required to "self-cater". The flat is small but well laid out with a large balcony overlooking the sea and the Battery Gardens. There are ceiling to floor windows / doors from the lounge and master bedroom to the balcony, which make the flat feel very spacious and provide a lovely cool breeze when it is veryhot! The second bedroom has 2 single beds and lots of storage space. I especially liked the bathroom, the shower was excellent (no bath) . We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was very well-equipped and has a dishwasher. The free Wifi was very good and there was a manual with instructions on how to operate everything! The location is excellent! Fantastic views and above a little cove. We were there as a couple but this would be so good for children. There is a swimming pool on-site but we didn't use it, again perfect for children! We walked the SW costal path to Paignton as the path passes right by the apartments. To get to Brixham we walked through the Battery Gardens (10 minute walk) and while this was no problem for us it is very hilly and may not suit people with mobility issues. There is a holiday park just behind the cove and we were very welcome in the bar / restaurant there. All in all the apartment was gorgeous, allocated parking and a lovely quiet area. We received a welcome pack and a bottle of prosecco which was a very nice touch. Great holiday, the Brixham area is beautiful and all the people we met were very friendly."
