Guests that stayed at this property said

Several reviews mention the need for a deeper clean, with specific references to unvacuumed floors, dirty windows, and cobwebs. The property seems to receive a basic clean between stays, but a more thorough cleaning is suggested.

The cottage is well-situated on the high street with easy parking and proximity to the beach and local pubs, making it a convenient choice for visitors looking to explore Aldeburgh.

The property is described as comfortable and warm, with a spacious main bedroom and a cosy fireplace. However, some guests noted issues with noise in the smaller bedroom and low ceilings.

Guests enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the spaciousness of the property. However, there were several mentions of maintenance issues such as a non-functioning TV, missing lightbulbs, and a freezer needing defrosting.

While guests mentioned a welcome pack, there is insufficient information to assess the consistency or quality of thoughtfulness in terms of gifts or additional amenities provided. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that such gifts will always be provided.

The cottage was characterful and had a warmth and charm. Whilst the inside was well equipped, clean and cosy it is a little let down by the outside which could be benefit was a little TLC.. a clean of windows and maintenance of drains.

Very comfortable and warm, so much so that we only used the fireplace once (and I had worried about getting enough wood - the Co -op does stock bags). Very well situated and cozier than the photographs suggest. Only a short walk to the beach to admire the sea or to the pub to admire the beer. Would recommend and consider going again. Many thanks to the caretakers.

We've stayed here lots of times main bedroom is great smaller bedroom can be a little noisy if someone staying next door having a garden is great as the weather was beautiful close to amenities in town and nice walks for the dog
