The furnishings make for a romantic and intimate stay in one of Suffolk’s most popular destinations, perfect for couples looking for a weekend country break or longer stays to discover the wider Suffolk area.

The sitting room is complete with a selection of books and films perfect for those cosy nights in or peaceful Sunday mornings. The modern country-style kitchen is well-equipped including coffee machine and dining table with seating for two. Nestled on the first floor is the master bedroom with luxury touches including high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and bathrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a freestanding copper bath, separate walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Outside is a small, enclosed decked area with seating which can be used to store bikes if needed.

We recently stayed in Lavenham and booked this 5 star establishment which didn't disappoint. Although only a one bedroom cottage, there was plenty of space and room inside which is furnished to a high standard. Very close to town centre and all amenities, making it a perfect location. Only one downside was that you could hear all the kitchen noise from the Number 10 restaurant next door but that didn't distract from our stay. Thoroughly recommended!
