The semi-detached property includes all the comforts you might expect, including a sumptuous sofa in the living room to plunge into and relax after a day exploring the local sights.
The bespoke kitchen is well-equipped and comes with little extra such as a food mixer and coffee maker. The bedroom has been tastefully decorated, while still retaining the elegant timber framework.
Outside, the property benefits from a tranquil, enclosed garden with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee.

One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
This property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or children. A babe in arms is welcome at the cottage in own Moses basket.
No candles or naked flames are permitted in the property.
Please note that the garden studio is unavailable for guest use.
Parking is available at the front of the cottage on the street.

Hylton cottage is full of character. It is very comfortable and well equipped. Its position in the beautiful town of Lavenham is very convenient for sight seeing, shopping and using the excellent local buses to visit Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury. While we were there the weather was very good and we appreciated the pretty garden where we could sit and have our coffee. Being able to park our car directly outside the property was also a bonus.

A lovely quirky comfortable cottage set in a perfect location in Lavenham. It has everything you need for a break in this beautiful part of Suffolk and is central enough for trips right across the county. Lavenham is a lovely village with everything one would want, a range of shops, pubs and restaurants for all budgets. The plus for us is that the cottage as well as the village is very dog friendly. Highly recommended.
