The cottage was lovely and in a great location, we have a dog and did not take him as the weather was so hot . The garden says dog friendly but it is shared with a neighbour who I can image would not like our dog running over her vegetables. There was no privacy in the garden to sit and read books as the owner was often popping from his side on the left to water plants and the lady who shared the garden was in and out hanging out her washing and tending the garden , which was very pretty ,but in my opinion not dog friendly

If you like a traditional little cottage that takes you back to your childhood days this is for you. Not all mod cons but very well equipped and everything you need for a few days stay away, warm and cosy. With a beautiful cottage garden. Parking for one car and very central for sightseeing. We also visited Longleat and called in at a little pub called The White Hart Corsley for a midweek roast amazing value and the best Yorkshire pudding and desserts!! We booked as it can apparently get busy. After a long day out had a good sleep in the very comfortable bed. Thanks Penny.
