View Point is a great ground floor apartment from which to explore. It has wonderful views across the bay yet is just a 5-minute drive from the centre of town. Located within the owners’ house, there is a shop and pub just ½-mile away and there are plenty of local bus routes nearby. Known as the English Riviera, the main town of Torquay is 3½ miles away with the town centre and beach all within walking distance as well as great attractions such as the English Riviera Wheel, arcades, mini golf, cinema and Living Coasts marine zoo. From the property, the nearby village of Babbacombe and the more secluded Oddicombe beach is just 2½ miles away with attractions such as the infamous Babbacombe Model Village and The Babbacombe Theatre where many shows are held, not to mention a vast stretch of pubs and restaurants overlooking the beautiful cliff top location.
The market town of Newton Abbot is only a 10-minute drive away and from here you may also choose to explore the historic market town of Totnes or venture a little further to the ancient city of Exeter. Beach 2½ miles. Shop and pub ½ mile, restaurant 1 mile.

The owner is very helpful and friendly, the flat was very clean in all of the rooms ,the view has to be one of the best we have seen from any of the window's, and yes we would return.

The parking is a bit tricky, but the accommodation itself is excellent, and we were made very welcome by the owner.

We had a lovely few days (not long enough) at View point. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable. Kim had left a welcome hamper which was a nice touch. The views from the apartment were wonderful and its location was ideal for exploring the area. Would certainly recommend.
