It was very clean. The view of the sea is amazing. And it's so close to Babbacombe downs and the funicular to Oddicombe beach. We managed to find on-street parking each day. We did day trips to Brixham and Pennywell Farm.

Lovely apartment, everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. Great views. A lot of stairs to apartment but it's worth it for the view. Had a lovely weeks stay and would definitely recommend.A few nights we could hear footsteps and scraping chairs from the roof terrace. One night there was water pouring into the skylight above the stairs.
