Good little house close to shops, pubs and sea front and model village. Well equipped and clean although some tlc is needed in places such as broken toilet seat and curtains in bedroom hanging off. Car parking at rear is extremely tight for two cars so really only suitable for one. Overall an enjoyable stay with lovely walkes and only 15 mins from Torquay and Brixham so a good base.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Fantastic location for exploring the local area with everything you need both in the cottage and for local facilities. Some great dog walks too. Would consider returning again in the future!
