I had a lovely week. Alan and Pat were very kind and helpful, providing a warm welcome and all the information I required, such as places to visit, restaurants, entertainment, or just relaxing for a few hours. Lynhurst was warm and comfortable—a home from home. It's a great place to relax, the views around the area are just perfect. I will definitely stay there again.

This was a lovely place to stay the apartment (although it is listed as an Annexe) was very spacious spotlessly clean and lovely and comfortable and extremely well equipped. The Welcome pack was top quality and we enjoyed and used every item. I have to say that the owners have gone all out to impress and there is a nice quality to all the equipment, utensils etc., and there is a lovely patio with extensive views across the bay. The apartment is a little difficult to find and our Satnav kept taking us past the turning we needed lower down the hill but once you knew the correct turning not a problem. It might be better to put 25, Collingwood Close and the post code rather than the house name. Alan and Pat our hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and gave us various tips from what to avoid, parking to best local Takeaways, in fact they couldn't have been more hospitable. I deliberately haven't added pictures to the review as I think it is best you see it as a fresh pair of eyes. To be fair you need to be fairly fit as the apartment is perched quite high above Torquay harbour, we walked down in about 15mins but it was at least 20mins going back up on foot. Having said that you won't get much better this close to the centre of Torquay. We loved our stay there and would return.
