Upstairs are two further bedrooms, again impeccably decorated and furnished, both of which offer beautiful views of the gardens. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other a super-king size bed that can be converted into two single beds if needed. This room also has the additional option of a sofa bed that can sleep a further two children. There is also a modern family bathroom on this floor featuring a bath and hand-held shower. Outside there are three enclosed gardens. At the front of the property there is a lawn with a babbling stream running along one side, there is also a gravel area with seating. At the back of the property there are two separate enclosed gardens, bisected by the stream. Both offer lawn and seating areas, one of which being a raised platform with furniture and a BBQ. The gardens offer a tranquil place to relax, with the only sounds being birdsong and the trickle of the stream. Cockington is a picturesque centre boasting a number of traditional eateries, shops and the sixteenth century manor house, Cockington Court, that has been converted into a thriving arts and crafts centre. The Court's acreage offers plenty of beautiful walking trails that are dog-friendly and full of fascinating sites. A short walk is the vibrant seaside resort of Torquay, a busy town with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops as well as popular theatre. Meadow Thatch is a wonderful option for anyone wanting to visit the spectacular South Devon Coast, while staying in a luxurious and elegant setting.
