We had Cockington room on the ground floor, there are a few small steps going into a hallway, a small well equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower in the bath, toilet and bidet, then a large lounge area with two, two seater sofas, tv, and dining table located in the large Bay window that overlooks the Bay, giving a wonderful view, the flat is a bit, tired looking, in decor, and in need of a bit of reinvestment in the decorating area, although it was vrey clean, and actually we found it quite cosy, with dogs you don't need it pristine, there is a small garden area to sit, but several steps down, as is the walk down to the front, those with mobility issues may struggle, Parking is on the road, and you take pot luck for a space, but we managed OK.. for the price, we were well pleased with the room overall, and had an enjoyable stay, we shall return ..

This is a lovely apartment with views across the bay the only problems we had were we were not given the key codes and had to wait outside for resident to come out who got the cleaning lady to let us in All the crockery was dirty and the toilet system was running the whole time we were there Just a few problems but the facilities and holiday was lovely
