Stepping inside there are two bedrooms within the apartment, one offering a super kingsize zip and link bed which can be separated to form twin single beds on request, and the second bedroom containing a kingsize bed. There is a sleek and modern separate family shower room, and the open-plan layout along with the light décor and furnishing make for an airy open space perfect for socialising, ensuring not a moment is missed. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee or spend the day basking in the sun.
The apartment is located directly next door to Torquay’s Belgrave Sands Hotel & Spa and guests are welcome to use the hotel’s spa facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym and the benefit of the hotel car park.
The apartment is located just a stone’s throw from Torquay seafront, Torre Abbey Green, and harbour with an array of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Torquay train station is also a short walk away for guests wishing to travel down without a vehicle. There are activities for both adults and children whether that be a show at the nearby Princess theatre, a spot of golf (both normal and mini golf for the children or just for a bit of fun!) as well as arcades, bowling, and leisure centre to name just a few. The local towns of Paignton, Brixham, Babbacombe, Dartmouth, Kingswear and the city of Exeter are all within driving distance and make for great days out just outside of this beautiful town. Torquay’s Beach is located less than 5 5-minute flat walk away.

My brother, sister and I brought our 100 year old mother for a holiday here following the recent death of our 100 year old father! The ground floor apartment with wet room was ideal for someone with limited mobility and its proximity to the town’s amenities was perfect. The private terrace was a bonus and we made good use of it, especially in the evenings when it was cooler. Access to the facilities of the hotel next door was also much appreciated. We enjoyed our holiday immensely and would love to come back next year! Just one suggestion to make the accommodation even better is the provision of a bit more cutlery (only 4 of everything) but really not that much of a problem.Highly recommended!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful tv in all rooms which can connect to tablets. Was left a complementary bottle of wine a 4pt milk ample t-rolls coffee/tea/milk and sugar. Outside furniture was good a very short walk to the beach. Hotel staff were very friendly helpful could not do enough for you.We cannot wait to book again.
