Step inside to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with the kitchen being extremely well equipped with large fridge/freezer, double oven, gas hob, washing machine and microwave as well as all you could need during your stay. The living area, with amazing sea views, has a large comfortable corner sofa and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring what Devon has to offer. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, while bedroom two has a double bed and Freeview TV, the main bathroom is opposite again with shower over the bath and heated towel rail.
Torquay as a holiday destination has so much to offer including beautiful beaches, coastal walks, and marina; not to mention many restaurants and bars! There are activities for both adults and children, whether that be a show at the nearby Princess Theatre, a spot of golf (both normal and mini golf for the children) as well as arcades, bowling, and a leisure centre to name just a few. The local towns of Paignton, Brixham, Dartmouth, Kingswear and the city of Exeter are all within driving distance and make for great days out. Beach 1 mile.

LUXURY APARTMENT superb sea view comfortable beds quiet and peaceful well equipped. Private secure parking for 1 car. Lift up to 2nd floor. I would suggest that a car is necessary here and longish walk from car park to room.

Very Nice Apartment, fantastic views of the bay, especially when the sun wasout. We felt very comfortable there, always nice and warm and cosy. The decor is very tasteful.Would definitely stay there again.
