No welcoming pack. The wrong entry code given to us to get into the property. We had to wait for the owner to get back to us which was his mistake. Forgot to tell Sykes. The property has lovely views and was very comfortable. I think they just need to get these little things right to get 100% good reviews.

Unfortunately there was no folder with information as to how to use the equipment and no local information as to pharmacies doctors shops pubs walks etc. We contacted Sykes on arrival and they said they would get back with information but they never did. We managed to work out how to use most things - but had to download the manufacturerâs instructions for the hob before we could cook a meal. We think Sykes could have been a bit more helpful.
