A truly panoramic sea view of Torbay is on offer at this semi detached house which is located in the quiet and prestigious Lincombes area of Torquay. Visitors will enjoy the peaceful surroundings yet be only a short drive or bus ride away from the bustling waterfront area, with it's harbour, marina, town centre shopping, theatre and and great selection of restaurants. The house is an ideal retreat for a family of four or for two couples as it boasts full en-suite bathroom facilities to each bedroom. There is a brand new kitchen. The other added bonus here is the large, furnished conservatory which leads from the lounge to the patio area and the exceptional views over Torbay.

The light lounge/dining area has a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a smart TV and a dining table with four chairs. The Patio doors lead to the sunny conservatory.

Conservatory: A beautiful bright and sunny room with stunning sea views, a rattan table with four chairs also a relaxing chair and footstool. The perfect place to relax.

A brand new modern kitchen having plenty of cupboard space, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing/dryer.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1

The main bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables and lamps. You can enjoy the stunning sea views having two windows. It also has a brand new modern en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, washbasin, towel rail and WC.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has two single beds, two bedside tables and lamps. The bedroom also has its own en-suite bathrooms with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
