Entering into the property, you'll find a small yet well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, four-ring gas hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer and a microwave. For colder nights, step into the open-plan dining room and sitting room where you can settle down for a hearty family meal or warm up next to the pebble-effect electric fire in the sitting room. Leading up onto the first floor, you will find a family bathroom to wash your sandy feet after a day at the beach, which includes an electric shower over bath, WC, hand basin and a towel rack. Completing the first floor are two stylish, whitewash bedrooms to wind down in after a day at the beach, made up of a 5" king-size bedroom and a 3" single bedroom, both with contemporary laminate wood flooring and superb elevated town views. The lively coastal town of Torquay has an excellent variety of cafes, restaurants and shops to choose from and boasts multiple attractions and delights to suit all ages and tastes, including scenic coastal walks, the Torquay Museum, Torquay Golf Course, a beautiful seascape harbour and pier, and a fine selection of sandy beaches. Brush up on some local history and visit medieval Torre Abbey Museum, or venture out to the prehistoric caves of Kents Cavern. Catch a boat to the nearby town of Paignton to try fishing, watersports, or even visit the famous Paignton Zoo, which is home to over 2000 animals.
