Serenity Sands is a lovely ground floor apartment situated in the seaside town of Goodrington. Renovated in 2020, the apartment is less than a minutes walk to the beach, and there are various restaurants and bars within a short walk. The spacious L-shaped open plan living space is flooded with light, and there is a 55" Smart TV for those cosy nights in. From here, a door leads to a conservatory with a seating area. The master bedroom has built-in storage, a TV and benefits from an en-suite bathroom, which has a modern freestanding slipper bath and rainfall power shower. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden and private parking for one car.
The area of Goodrington nestles between the neighbouring towns of Paignton, 1¾ miles, and Brixham, 3¾ miles. The harbourside town of Brixham is renowned for its fresh seafood and has plenty of pleasant walks, including Berry Head. Paignton has many activities such as a cinema, crazy golf course, arcades, parks, beaches and many shops, pubs and restaurants.

Would highly recommend staying here, me and my partner stayed here for a week and was looking to add an extra few days but was unfortunately booked straight after we left. Great location! 2 minute walk to the sea one way and 2 minute walk to the bus route that takes you all along the coastline. The place was spacious and homely. Will definitely visit again in the future. Thank you. A**
