The centre of Paignton is a leisurely 10-minute stroll along the sea front. No. 16 is a first floor apartment with panoramic views, a Juliet balcony and allocated parking.
Daytime bus service is less than 5 minutes walk all day and night bus services is less than 10 minutes away.
Please note that clothes or washing cannot be hung outside or on balconies.

Not told about major work I sea front. A few minor issues ,door not closing , light out, new batt requires for TV remote, need different tea towel just little things but easily correcter
