On the other side is a compact kitchen where you can cook a romantic meal and dine at the table while the wood burner keeps you warm. Head east to reach the seaside town of Paignton (3.5 miles), which has an all-year-round dog-friendly beach at North Sands on Goodrington Sands. Torquay is 4.5 miles away and is a buzzing seaside town with plenty of attractions, restaurants and shops.
