Curlew 4 is a bright and contemporary apartment set within the brand new and highly sought after Cove development, perched right on the edge of one of the prettiest coves in the area. With the beach on your doorstep and charming fishing towns just minutes away, you’ll really get a true taste of South Devon.
When you step through the front door, you’ll be instantly wowed by the breathtaking view out to sea. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is exceptionally modern and has some of the best views that The Cove has to offer. Every design feature has been thoughtfully considered in this delightful apartment, from the granite worktops in the kitchen to the unique pebbled tiles in the bathroom.
The living area opens out onto your own private balcony. With a glass front and table and chairs, this is the perfect spot in which to enjoy that magnificent view. There is even a barbeque provided for those summer days.
This is a dream destination for keen walkers, with the South West Coast Path running right past the Cove, and you’ll be able to enjoy miles of unspoilt, Devonshire scenery. For a delicious meal out, the traditional fishing town of Brixham is just minutes away and is famous for its seafood restaurants. For a day out with family or friends, the various attractions of Torbay are all within easy reach including Paignton Zoo, Agatha Christie’s Greenway and the Babbacombe Model Village.

Lovely apartment, equipped with everything you can think of. Views were amazing in a peaceful idyllic location. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location and well equipped apartment with fantastic views over the bay. Well situated for a short walk into Brixham (mobility allowing)In general, very well maintained with confirmable beds, sofas and furnishings. Generally well cleaned (except below comments)Only a couple of gripes as follows - * Slow internet speed - I only managed 1 Mbps (a little slow if you want to watch Netflix but fine for catching up on emails or Web browsing)* Cleanliness of the kitchen has a little bit to be desired, found unwashed cutlery in the draws and dirty plates in the cupboards - I felt the need to put all through the dishwasher before use. I do understand this could be caused by previous guests, so out of the control of the letting company ( but a quick check by the cleaners could have remedied the situation)* Kitchen cupboard fronts and cupboard handles found to be very sticky & grubby (definitely down to the cleaners lack of attention)* Glass top to the cooker hood was covered in dust, not cleaned for a good while* Oven gloves were particularly disgusting, damp, filthy and soaked in grease & oil. Seems these had not been changed since the start of the season - needless to say, they were not used!!* Patio window in the lounge was damaged causing a misting effect internally, this distracted from the views over the bay when seated in the lounge. I understand from friends this has been so for some time now but not mentioned on the web site - suggest owners get this replaced ASAPWould I recommend this apartment to others - Yes, but purely based on location and views, hopefully the letting company or owners will have a word with the cleaners

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. Beautiful views, 10/15 minute coastal walk into Brixham, lot's of boat trips to be had. The swimming pool can be a bit cold bit even that has lovely views. The apartment itself is very clan and tidy and has everything ypu need for a comfortable stay. Residents parking and gated community
