Apartment is in a great position and we enjoyed having a spectacular view over theBrixham harbour and beyond. So close to everything that we didn't need to use the car at all. Such an advantage to get an allocated parking space.Comfortable and well equipped, we had a great holiday.Stairs were a challenge at first, but we were fitter by the end of the week.

We were happy with the apartment especially once we’d changed the quilt to a lighter one. The images show an outside table and chairs balcony, it was not possible to put these out to use as the balcony is really a passageway for others to use to get to their apartment and we would have blocked it had we put them out so , (very misleading). There was a fan but it was too small and the heat was overpowering at times, I tried to buy one but all stores had sold out. We were not left any spare rubbish bags and I have thrown away better saucepans and frying pans etc. all theirs were in a very poor condition but I made do. We parked in our allotted parking space but others seemed to park where they liked. “Those are the negatives that need addressing.”But we wanted that location for kayaking and it was perfect for that. Sadly due to the extreme heat and lack of fans etc. we were unable to get comfortable in the apartment or sleep well, so we left on the Thursday as it became so unbearable. I appreciate no one can predict the weather.
