Situated in the heart of Porlock close to the High Street, Old Tannery Apartment is an attractive ground floor property ideal for both families and couples. There is a pretty courtyard garden at the front of the property and the accommodation includes a stylish lounge with flat screen TV, fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. As the property is all on one level, it is suitable for disabled guests including wheel chair users and there is an off road parking area for two cars. Up to three dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at an extra charge.

The cottage has one double and one twin bedroom which share use of a modern bathroom with shower cubicle. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering break & offers a washing machine, fridge, freezer electric oven, hob, microwave and ironing facilities. There is a TV with Freeview service in the lounge plus a DVD player, iPod dock, CD player and radio. Wi-Fi service is also available throughout the property. Bed linen and house towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels if they are needed.

Short breaks may be available during off peak times. Check in time is after 4pm and please vacate the property by 10am on your departure day. Up to three dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25 per booking. A welcome supply of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits is provided for your arrival and we also supply salt and pepper, cleaning materials and one or two toilet rolls.
