The Mill House is a lovely Exmoor cottage sleeping 6 with three arched windows along the front facade which add to the property's charm.  The house sits in a peaceful Exmoor village location within the National Park and is only 1.5 miles from North Molton.  Living space is deceptively spacious with three bedrooms on the upper floor and ample living areas downstairs.  The house is modernised and detached with period character, exposed wooden beams and a cosy woodburner in the lounge.  The kitchen is stunning with oak worktops, an AGA and a butler sink.  The property has excellent amenities for pets and families including an enclosed patio area.

A village shop, church and two pubs are in nearby North Molton and you'll find a bustling local market on Thursday and a Saturday farmers market in South Molton (5 miles away).  North Devon's regional centre Barnstaple with numerous shops and amenities is within easy reach. The property is ideally placed for exploring Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Coast!
