We had a lovely stay in this idyllic cottage. Immaculately clean and high specification in a very rural tranquil location. Ideal for couples. Great location with National Trust properties and Lyme Regis / Jurassic Coast within 30 minutes. We would definitely return again.

Bed was very comfortable.but the settee need to either be replaced or refurbished as it very uncomfortable.found it difficult to get up once down . None of appliances have ticked to say they are pat tested not paperwork in folder either. Loose slap outside which a dangerous and lot of weeds.

Overshot is very well equipped and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. The view from the living area and patio across the field is lovely. A nice, quiet location. Convenient for many National Trust properties and other gardens. Just over half an hour from the sandy beach at Lyme Regis Harbour.
