73 Brewhouse, is a stylish, duplex apartment, situated in the prestigious Royal William Yard development. The property offers high-spec, modern fixtures and fittings within a historic development with many period features.
Within the development there is a cafe/bar serving breakfast and meals right through until the late evening, an Italian restaurant and a bakery, serving handmade bread, pies, cheese cake and hearty home cooked meals. The Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Deli and Canteen is now open providing delicious food made from local products.
The Barbican is close by where you can meander the cobbled streets with individual specialty shops, craft work shops and art galleries. Many local artists have won global reputations, including Beryl Cook, Lee Woods, Brian Pollard and the late Robert Lenkiewicz. There are also many interesting old pubs and cafes to visit.
If you fancy a dip then the Art Deco Tinside Lido is close by, and the beaches of Bigbury and Whitsand Bay are just a short drive away. Why not catch the Cremyl ferry across to Mount Edgcumbe Park and discover the hidden Cornish villages of Cawsand and Kingsand with their quaint old streets and family beaches?
Plymouth is a vibrant waterside city, benefiting from major investment with plenty to entertain everyone from arts and crafts, to stylish cafes, bars and restaurants, quaint tea rooms and traditional fish and chips. High end shops and unique boutiques are found within both the main city shopping area and the recently completed Drake Circus shopping mall.
There is also a wealth of heritage and history to explore - stand where Sir Francis Drake played bowls as the Spanish Armada approached, enjoy a tour at the historic Plymouth Gin distillery, or maybe visit the National Marine Aquarium - now the largest aquarium in Great Britain with the deepest tank in Europe.
