Situated in the coastal village of Wembury, a lane leads directly to the Beach, popular for surfing and rockpooling alike, family and dog friendly and with beachside café all located less than a mile away. Water sports are available at the Mountbatten Centre or the Plymouth Sailing School, both a short drive away. There is a good pub and shop within the village and easy access to fabulous walks and spoilt for choice of popular sandy beaches including Bovisand and Wembury, the latter being a National Trust destination renowned for rock pooling, or Jennycliff with spectacular views across Plymouth Sound and the Breakwater.
The popular market towns of Modbury, Kingsbridge and Salcombe are all close by, whilst Plymouth and the wild open spaces of Dartmoor are within easy reach.
