When you approach, the property, you will notice two convenient off-road parking places. Continue inside to discover a fantastic sitting room where you can relax on two leather sofas while watching a movie on the flatscreen TV; just off here is a snug area where you can find a range of books and games to add to the evening amusement! As you venture through the property, you'll see a well equipped kitchen/diner, where green accents, wooden furnishings, and sleek units make a fabulous environment for the group's aspiring chef to cook up culinary delights. When dinner is ready, sit down to eat it together at the table or grab a quick snack to enjoy at the breakfast bar, depending on your schedule. A utility room is near and has a convenient washer/dryer, so you won't have to go far to keep your belongings fresh throughout your visit! As the day fades to dusk, ascend the stairs to find three well-appointed bedrooms, two being doubles, one of which has deep blue touches and an en-suite shower room, and the other offering zip/link beds; the latter is a fantastic twin; all of the bedrooms have built-in storage for ease and convenience. The stylish family bathroom is nearby and offers a piece of tranquillity in the bath with shower over; the home also has a cloakroom, which is great for avoiding morning queues! Behind the house is a well-kept, fenced garden where you can enjoy some outdoor dining while your canine companion stretches their legs. Walk down the River Jordan to find a variety of Sutton Poyntz's excellent pubs and cafes, including the famed Bridge Inn, as well as amply-stocked stores where you can pick up any necessities. Travel a short distance to Weymouth, where you will find a variety of lovely RSPB locations, as well as the iconic Bennetts Water Gardens, along with the spectacular SEA LIFE Centre, historic wonders of Nothe Fort and Sandsfoot Castle, and the magnificent shores of Greenhill Beach. Continue down the coast to the craggy isle of Portland, where you'll find a plethora of things to do, from Castletown's historic gems, including Portland Castle, to the beauty of Tout Quarry Nature Reserve; there's so much to see on this wonderful isle! Dorchester is also nearby and makes for a fun day out, while Poole, Swanage, and Bournemouth are further afield and host even more to enjoy. Sutton Poyntz is a wonderful village on the outskirts of Weymouth on the northern suburbs of Preston, and it stands beneath the George III chalk horse carved into the hillside. A magnificent duck pond and the Springhead pub are located in the village centre, where you may enjoy a drink in the bar gardens while admiring the chalk horse carving. Only 3.5 miles from Weymouth with its golden sandy beach, lanes of boutique shops, marine life centre, and ancient port, this is an ideal village base for exploring the Jurassic Coast.
