Located perfectly for being tucked away in the centre of town, with the harbour being just 30 seconds from the front door, there sit on the harbourside and admire the view of the boats sail and the fisherman unloading their catch.
Weymouth’s long and golden sandy beach with its shallow waters are just a brisk 5-minute walk from the front door. Weymouth offers a perfect traditional seaside day with donkey rides, Punch and Judy and bucket and spades a plenty.
Why not explore further afield, just a short drive from Weymouth you can enjoy trips to Portland Bill, West Bay, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.

Harbour Catch Cottage is the perfect base for a small family or couple to enjoy a Dorset seaside holiday.
This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.

It's perfectly placed in Weymouth, around the corner from Harbour, pubs and the town. The only drawback is that the front bedroom does get noisy in the early hours from the nearby pubs, onto deliveries first thing in the morning. The washing machine is situated in a lock up in the back garden, as the kitchen is small but adequate for a holiday stay. Kitchen has small fridge with small freezer space at top, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There are steep stairs up to bedrooms, but this is normal for old cottages. Beds are comfy. Shower is over the bath, attached to the taps, but powerful enough. A lovely stay, recommended.
