The Warwick is a spacious holiday home offering a comfortable and well-appointed base for families or groups keen to make the most of the seaside, set across 4 floors in the centre of Weymouth, Dorset. On a clear day you can see the image of white horse carved onto lime hills of Osmington. Step into the bright and welcoming kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle – everything you need to prepare family favourites or simple suppers after a day by the coast. The open-plan living and dining area provides a sociable space to come together, while seven TVs placed throughout the property and WiFi ensure everyone can unwind in their own way.

This impressive home features seven bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished and fitted with its own TV. Sleeping arrangements spread over 3 floors, include two super-king-size with en-suite shower room (can be changed to twin bed setting), three king size doubles en-suite bed rooms, one king size double bed room (with an 'outside' bathroom & WC), and a single bedroom with en-suite facilities. Central heating keeps the property warm year-round. Outside your door, Weymouth’s famous sandy beach, Alexandra gardens arcade, promenade and bustling harbour are just a short stroll away, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs to explore. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!

*The Warwick* has seven bedrooms in total: 1 single and 6 double.

5 double and 1 single bedrooms are en-suite.

1 double bedroom on 3rd floor has a bathroom outside the bedroom but private and locked/ not shared.*Ground floor *has got kitchen, dining room and sitting room.

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, small table top oven, microwave oven, fridge/ freezer and a dishwasher also.

There is an additional fridge freezer in the lounge for additional capacity to store food/ drinks.*1st floor *2 double bedrooms, en-suite and a single room en-suite.*2nd floor* has got 2 double bedrooms, en-suite.

One of them can be converted to a twin bed configuration.*3rd floor* has got 2 double bedrooms, but one of them is en-suite and can be converted to a twin bedroom.

Other one is a double bedroom with a separate private bathroom

*All rooms* have got smart TV, small fridge/ cooler box, electric tea, kettle, hair dryer, toilet rolls, towels and a complimentary hospitality tray full of tea, coffee, sugar sachets and long life milk pods.

Additional hot air blower (heater) for very cold day/night and a pedestal fan for a very hot summer day/ night are also provided.

Steam iron for clothes with ironing table is kept on 2nd floor behind the door for guests to use.

If the guests need any thing else, let the owner know, will attempt to provide.

All rooms have got self locking doors, when you leave the room, please make sure that you have the keys of the room with you.
