Wall mounted 70 inch Smart TV with full Sky package and Fibre Optic Braodband.   Large, impressive kitchen diner with full size Falcon double oven and 5 gas burner hob, two Smeg fridge/freezers, Bosch dishwasher, microwave and DeLonghi coffee machine. Breakfast bar and 5 stools . Dining area with table and seating for 10 guests and Woodburner. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, leads to a Shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.  Rear door to patio garden, from the hallway.
