The cottage was full of mould everywhere. Couldn't use the wardrobes as they were full of spiders, spider webs and mould. The barn facility was good and kids loved it. Electric showers with very low pressure water and couldn't use all at the same time. The hot tub was cleaned on the first day only, the water was not being topped up, but it was a nice quiet separate place to enjoy the time. The outside was awesome with some very naturesque scenes. Living room and conservatory was very useful. Kitchen was very well equipped. Lighting outside the barn was very poor and kids had to be very careful when returning from barn to Cottage. Overall the stay could've been much better if the cottage would've kept mould free as for the first 2 days we couldn't sleep in our bedrooms due to mould.

The children spent lots of time in the play barn, despite there being no heating. It was warm and welcoming and lovely to have Christmas tree and decorations.

There was plenty of comfortable space for all guests, both in terms of bedrooms and living space. Just two of the group made use of the hot tub, which provided a very pleasant relaxation after time out exploring the area. Overall the accommodation was very well equipped - one very minor suggestion would be for a wider range of knives for food preparation. The rural location was great, yet still close to Lyme, West Bay etc, for getting out and about. It was lovely to see and hear the sheep in the next field and the young cows in the barn.
