Teignharvey can be found between Newton Abbot and Shaldon, in spectacular South Devon, ideal for walkers and water sport enthusiasts.
This detached holiday home has incredible panoramic views across the river & countryside beyond with spacious gardens, multiple balconies & patios from which to dine, a pathway down to the foreshore of river beach directly in front!
Stunning waterside pubs, can be reached by boat or by foot/car approximately a mile in each direction at Coombe Cellars or in Shaldon.

There is also a "snug" room for the younger guest members to enjoy.
The dining room also has a sliding patio door opening onto an enclosed sun terrace and also enjoys super river and countryside views. At the other end of the dining area is the oak kitchen, fitted with granite worktop, and includes a dishwasher, oven and microwave, ceramic hob with extractor canopy over. There is also a useful central island where holiday meals can easily be prepared.
Just off the kitchen is a very useful "boot room" opening onto the side of the property leading to a gated area which is very suitable for pets. There is also an integrated freezer in here too.

From the dining room, a door opens onto a staircase which leads to the first floor accommodation.
Dormer Bedroom 5 with king size bed, enjoys views over the garden and the River Teign and also has a convenient en-suite shower room with WC, hand basin and an electric shower.
Dormer Bedroom 4 with super-king zip & link bed and en-suite shower room, also has a dual aspect overlooking the rear garden and enjoying views across the River Teign and countryside beyond. 
Back downstairs from the reception hallway, a staircase descends to the ground floor accommodation to a spacious hallway with sliding patio doors opening onto the rear garden with wonderful river views. 
Off the hallway is the Master Bedroom Suite with king size bed and complimented with it's own dressing room, dressing table and beautiful views with large picture windows overlooking the rear garden and river, and sliding patio doors onto a paved sun terrace with the superb river views. The en-suite shower room has a twin inset wash basins, a large mirror above, a shower & toilet.
Bedroom 2 with super-king zip & link bed also overlooks the rear garden and River Teign. It has a wardrobe cupboard with hanging rail and door to it's own en-suite shower room 
Bedroom 3, the only room without river views, enjoys side views over a Mediterranean planted patio & the garden beyond. There is a super-king zip n' link and an individual single bed plus bedside tables ~ perfect for the youngsters! 
Next door to bedroom 3 is a family bathroom fitted with a bath, hand basin, W.C, bidet & towel rail. 
Also on the ground floor level is a large Utility Room fitted with a stainless steel sink, a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also find the iron & board here too. Perfect if you find yourself having to do a spot of laundry!
Outside, Bywater is approached via remotely controlled double gates that open on to a private sweeping driveway which leads down to an area offering ample parking. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and totally enclosed by wooden fencing and mature trees & shrubs with wooden steps down to the foreshore and river beach.
