Set within a gated holiday complex, guests are invited to make use of the leisure facilities available at the neighbouring holiday park. After a morning swim in the swimming pool, set out on foot for the traditional Dorset seaside village of Charmouth. Here you will find an array of shops and pubs just a short walk from the door, ideal for stocking up on provisions or enjoying a hearty meal at the end of a long walk. The Jurassic Coastline boasts a Natural World Heritage site status and span 95 miles of the Dorset and East Devon coastline, with breath taking views at every step. There are many attractions in the area including the charming resorts of Beer, Branscombe and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few. This cosy hideaway is clean and bright with an open plan layout and contemporary comforts throughout. Prepare romantic meals for two in the spacious kitchen, which contains an integrated oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Dine at the small table nearby before taking to the comfortable sofa for a cosy night in front of the Freeview TV/DVD. The super king size bedroom, which can be made up as a twin upon request, is located on the first floor and features a Velux window, a TV and useful dressing table. There is a modern en suite bathroom with overhead shower on this floor, together with a separate WC on the ground floor. Outside, there is a sunny rear patio area with charming table and chairs, perfect for enjoying morning cups of coffee while planning the day ahead. Guests are invited to enjoy the leisure facilities of the neighbouring holiday park, which includes a shared covered outdoor heated swimming pool (open during specific dates only and not available all year, please refer to the 'need to know' section for details) and the Char Valley coffee shop. Also available for adults use, at a reduced charge, is the well equipped Char Valley Health Club with gymnasium, indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Need to know: Complex of 16 properties. Regret no children under 2 (including babes' in arms). 1 bedroom with a super king size zip and link bed on the first floor, which can be made into twin beds on request at time of booking. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC on the first floor; 1 WC on the ground floor. Kitchen electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. TV and DVD in the lounge, TV in the double bedroom. Club Wi Fi available for an additional charge payable onsite, charges are for up to 5 devices charge for 24 hours is 5.00, for 48 hours is 10, for 1 week is 20.00, for 1 month is 30 (please note Wi Fi speeds may vary, therefore this connection may be unsuitable for streaming movies and games etc). Swimming pool use of the covered outdoor heated swimming pool is included for guests and is open for the following dates in 2024: 30th March 6th April, 4th 6th May, 25th May 30th August, 26th October 1st November, 2025: 12th 21st April, 3rd 5th May, 24th May 31st August, 25th 31st October. The pool is open 7 days a week in the main school summer holidays between 10am 5pm and closed for lunch. Details of the pool opening times outside of the summer school holiday period are available on request, please call for more information.. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Health Club (available to over 18 s at an additional charge) and coffee shop opening times are: 9am 5pm Monday Friday (closed for lunch), 9am 1pm Sat and Sun.. Short breaks only available during off peak weeks. Ample parking on site. Beach, shops and pubs all within walking distance Guests can arrive between 4pm 8pm. EV cars cannot be charged from the property under any circumstances, the nearest EV charging point can be found in nearby Lyme Regis, West Bay and Bridport.
