Guests will benefit from two doubles and one bunk bedroom consisting of two bunk beds, and the family bathroom offers a tranquil space to freshen up between activities, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. In the warmer months, why not dine alfresco on the outside patio area, while your four-legged friend runs off some energy in the fresh air before the next day of excursions. Doorstep walks or a short car journey will bring you to a local shop offering all your daily essentials such as eggs, milk and bread, as well as a selection of pubs serving home-cooked food and traditional ales, such as the Seven Stars Inn. The historic town of Wareham is slightly further afield, sitting along the River Frome, which provides a lovely backdrop and day out; here you will find a good selection of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants and galleries. Pay a visit to Monkey World, an ape rescue centre with more than 250 rescued animals, plus the delightful Wareham Forest offers plenty of picturesque strolls and see if you can spot some of the amazing wildlife that inhabits the area, including deer and lizards. Why not take a trip to the Tank Museum for an educational and lovely day out for all the family. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are a short and scenic drive from the property and are home to glorious beaches, you won't want to miss the opportunity to walk the incredible Jurassic Coast. There is also an abundance of watersports activities taking place in the area, or for a more relaxed day out, visit the Lulworth Estate to explore the magnificent house and surrounding greenery. Popular among tourists for its strong history and convenient links to Poole and Weymouth is the small Dorset village of Wool. The River Frome has famous connections to the 17th century Woodbridge Manor, and runs through this delightful village. The surrounding areas offer plenty of attractions, such as the Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, which are just five miles away from Wool. The village itself is home to Clouds Hill, the home of Lawrence of Arabia, the Tank Museum, and Monkey World rescue centre.
