Bay Tree Cottage is a delightful honey-coloured stone cottage with thatched roof set in the beautiful North Dorset village of Marnhull, part of the Blackmore Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is surrounded by wonderful countryside, ideal for walkers and cyclists, and is well served by local shops along with two village pubs, both within walking distance of the cottage.

The property provides generous accommodation across three floors. The ground floor open-plan sitting and dining room, features an open fire and exposed beams as well as a dining table with chairs and window seat. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table seating four, a cosy snug with wood burning stove, conservatory with views on to the well-established garden and a ground floor shower room. The four bedrooms and a family bathroom can be found on the first and second floors. All the bedrooms enjoy wonderful south facing aspects.
