Snaptrip says

Sea Pink Cottage is a well-regarded holiday rental in Swanage, Dorset, appreciated for its cleanliness, comfort, and suitability for dogs. Guests have enjoyed the cosy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, and the thoughtful touches from the hosts, such as welcome gifts. While current building works and road noise have been noted, the cottage's charm, high-quality furnishings, and ideal location for walks and local attractions have consistently been praised.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests finding it tidy and well-maintained. There were isolated mentions of dog hairs and a blocked freezer compartment, but these appear to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The location is praised for its proximity to walking paths and local attractions, though the current building works and road noise have affected some guests' experiences. The picturesque setting and nearby village amenities are frequently mentioned positives.

Comfort is highlighted with mentions of a super comfortable bed and cosy living space. Some guests noted issues with sofa cushions and steep stairs, but overall, the cottage is seen as a comfortable stay.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure garden for dogs. However, there are comments about the need for better glazing against traffic noise, and some guests suggested additional kitchenware and maintenance improvements.

Guests have appreciated the thoughtful gestures, such as welcome gifts, although it is politely noted that these are not guaranteed. The provision of dog treats and local recommendations add to the sense of a considerate host.

No drinking glasses to speak of. TV did not work despite rep calling in to try help . Left some clothes in draws by mistake but had no reply after two messages sent to recover them . Pub too far to walk . Cosy little cottage , warm etc. dog was happy .Bathroom fine . Sadly this one was not for us , two pensioners .

This fully detracts from the property experience. -the access building is not secure as it is open to the public as both doors are not lockable - anyone can enter - how safe is this? - what are the fire safety arrangements as there is no other way out as the derelict buildings are attached and the building site adjoins? - keeping long lawn grass for wildlife is applauded but what about recycling- only one bin provided - but we must recycle into 3 bins - as you state in the information pack and as we all should? not environmentally friendly sadly. We tried our best with sorting in our own bags in the living room - not ideal. - the TV didn't work - only on our netflix account and we reported this but heard nothing - Wi Fi kept dropping out - it is clear parking is an issue being distant and with the unpleasant access through the derelict building not easy/nice. Clearly all concerned with the letting know that the access and parking arrangement won't work until the new development is complete and bays for the rental properties delivered next to them. Years away? In the meantime the arrangement is not acceptable as others have said previously. I have a video and I am happy to share with future bookees so that they really know what awaits them and informs their decision to book this property. When all of the adjacent building work is complete and access and parking sorted out this will be a fabulous property to rent but not til then. Happy for you to discuss the return of some of our monies as we feel this would be reasonable.
