Such a lovely cosy cottage...loved cooking on the aga, well equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer was a excellent size. Plenty of hot water, also a excellent shower !The only let down and it's a important one, is that the bed is extremely firm!!! And for that reason alone we would not return, as a decent night's sleep is so important ...but would definitely return if the bed was renewed with a more comfortable mattress ..Such a wonderful stay, other than the bed...the welcome pack was generous and welcomed , made extra special with a lovely bottle of fizz .The Byre is well located ,with short drives to place's of interest, highly recommend a visit to Sturminster Newton and Shaftesbury.
