Guests say

Passion Flower Cottage receives glowing feedback for its peaceful rural setting, spacious and comfortable interiors, and secure garden ideal for dogs. Guests consistently praise the warm welcome from the host and the well-equipped facilities, making it a perfect base for exploring Devon and Cornwall. While a few mention cobwebs typical of countryside cottages, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with thoughtful touches and excellent dog-friendly amenities standing out.

Most guests found the cottage clean and comfortable, though a handful noted cobwebs and spiders, which are common in rural, older properties. The majority of reviews did not find this a significant issue.

The rural, tranquil location is highly praised, offering peace and quiet with good access to local walks and nearby towns by car. Some mention the need to drive to shops and pubs, but this did not detract from their enjoyment.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as cosy, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a large bathroom, and a relaxing atmosphere. The secure garden adds to the comfort for dog owners.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern conveniences, a well-stocked kitchen, enclosed garden, and thoughtful extras like a log burner and garden furniture. WiFi is noted as slow by one guest, but this was not a major concern.

Many guests mention the warm welcome and thoughtful touches such as a cream tea on arrival and helpful local advice from the host. Please note that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

In a peaceful location, Passion Flower Cottage was the perfect cottage for us and our pooch. Ideally located for visiting both Devon and Cornwall. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and the homemade scones were something special - thank you.We experienced no issues cobwebs (some previous comments have mentioned this). We live in an old cottage and you have to expect them!
