Fishing enthusiasts and walkers will both enjoy the reservoirs at Meldon and Roadford, while cyclists can ride the Granite Cycle Way, which can be accessed within a mile of the property. Horse riding can be arranged through the nearby stables. Other local attractions include Lydford Gorge, Morwellham Quay, Castle Drogo, Buckland Abbey and Crealy Adventure Park.
