Dartmoor itself (12.5 miles) offers many miles of scenic walks for all abilities, ranging from easy strolls to challenging hikes and climbs. With great transport links nearby, you will also be within a short drive of the stunning cathedral city of Exeter and within an easy drive of the popular tourist destinations of the south coast and the unspoilt villages along the northern coastline. Other attractions within easy reach include Lydford Gorge, Roadford Lake, Okehampton Castle, the Miniature Pony Centre, Crealy Adventure Park and numerous National Trust properties. Venture outside onto the decked terrace at the front of the property where you can enjoy al fresco dining and drinks during warm weather, or head to the rear decked area where you will find the relaxing and private sunken hot tub with an inbuilt iPod dock and speakers.
