Peartree Cottage has its own private patio and fence enclosed garden with gate leading to the wild flower meadow which guests are free to roam around.  The area also features a wildlife pond - this is fenced off and gated.  Peartree Cottage has been presented with a VisitEngland 4* Gold Award rating in consecutive years since 2012. 

Okehampton is a short distance away and has access to Dartmoor National Park with its dramatic landscape.  Okehampton’s rail station has recently been reopened providing links back to Exeter and the main travel routes across the country.  Also within easy dista. . .
