The beautiful gardens at RHS Rosemoor are just a short drive away, whilst the stunning sandy beaches of Bude and Westward Ho! are both to be found within a thirty minute drive. This spacious but cosy barn conversion property offers single storey accommodation sleeping four, and is accessed via a concrete ramp, leading to the front door, which opens directly into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is a relaxing space, with two reclining sofas, and a TV/DVD. Behind this area, the spacious kitchen/diner has a dining table and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property s two bedrooms are both restful, light, and airy rooms, the first of which, a king size room, benefits from an en suite shower and WC. The second room is a delightful twin room, which has its own TV, making it great for children who may enjoy the treat of watching TV from their beds first thing in the morning. The property s main shower room is a fully tiled wet room, with a large rainfall shower and WC. Outside, the property enjoys an enclosed garden, which has a pleasant patioed seating area with a BBQ.
